BILLED FOR DEVICE THAT I DID NOT ORDER

FNB has billed me for a device that I did not order and have no contract for. I have called them twice already and every time they say they will call back and sent someone to pick up the device. They are making me pay for their own mistake and this is unfair. I am very unhappy about this and believe that it is unethical business conduct.
