Device ordered 3 months ago and still waiting fo

I ordered a device in November 2012 but because they didn't have the stock i cancelled the order and in February 2013 i ordered a different device. I have been waiting for that delivery but nothing yet, efforts to get the device delivered to me are proving fruitless.
