On February 2013 I lodged a complaint about a burst pipe, after numerious call which I had to make from my side I got a response only on 15 August 2013 to inform me that they will send me a response via e-mail which I never received. I lodged a complaint at their customer service Monday 19 August 2013 and shortly after a person responded with a reference number but unfortunatly a weak later and yet again no response. In the mean time my yard look like a dam and everything is starting to crack not to mention the smell.
