On the 13th of August I lodged a faulty product complaint. Ref: 1994860/20130813/S.G.N On the 16 / 08/2013 a Wesley Roro sent 2 e mail's one asking in which store I purchased my item and second e mail requesting my contact details with a new reference number, 1608130316/GO. I sent him the reply immediatly with both answers. On the 19/08/2013 Freda Kekana sent me an e mail requesting my contact number again, so once again I replied with my contact number. On the 23/08/2013 Freda Kekana sent me another e mail, notifying me that my number does not work (I had one missed call, as I was on another call) and that I need to e mail her my complaint again. To which I replied that they should have all my details and all detail in regards to my complaint. Where is the communication between Wesley and Freda and why is my complaint still not resolved.
