Increased premium

This company offered me an increase in cover at a certain premium. In the process an error in their original capturing was found and the premium increased by 50%. I told them I couldn't afford it and gave verbal and written instruction to cancel the policy. This they have ignored and have put through the higher premium. I want this policy cancelled as the error was theirs. I have wasted 6 years of premiums on these people.
