This was sent on the 14th of August 2013. To date I have had no feedback or even the decency for a email to say we received your concern and will tend to it. DISGUSTING!!!

I have been back and forth with this for over a month now, Jo anne said it will be resolved within 48hours. What a joke!

Please provide me with proof of those transactions. This dates back over 2 years ago??? Why was I never contacted about it??? This account had on it and was subsequently closed. Why after 2 years does this appear?
I want all confirmation / proof where you tried to contact me about this amount over the last two and half years.

I will not settle this amount until you have 100% beyond a reasonable doubt proven this is my debt. I am giving you till close of business to rectify the illegal transaction you have made by moving the debt from one credit card to another. Should this not happen I will contact the ombudsman, and I will report you to the consumer protection act.

This is unacceptable that you want to claim an amount after two and a half years. (After the account was closed).

You can never get through to the branch telephonically.
