DMC
Illegal Prescribed Debt Listing

Business & Finance

With reference to the Prescription Act 68 of 1969 as per the advice of
the NCR and my legal council. It has been brought to my attention that you have listed an open
Standard Bank Mastercard account in my name for a period of 8 months
in 2012 with an alleged arrears balance reflecting of R24644 or more.
Please note that this is a illegal prescribed debt listing as this
account dates from 2004. This is now negatively affecting my otherwise
good credit record. This alleged debt has prescribed and I would like to state for the record that:
The account is 9 years old and; I have never made payment into it for 9 years;
I have never been summoned on this for 9 years; All accounts has been closed by the relevant original credit or financial services provider such as Standard Bank or Cell C;
I do not acknowledge this debt in any way and I do not carry a default
listing or judgement for any accounts handled by you or any other
registered financial services provider; because I do not owe you or
any one else any money. Please respond by no later than close of business on Monday the 13th
of May 2013 in removing this from my credit record and your systems and provide me with written proof.
