No feedback, no help!

I want to take an extension on my bond to buy vacant land; they say they consider a number of factors. But they don't as no one contacted me for information.
They also did not contact me when they declined it, as I only found out when calling them. (Which took a lot of holding and talking to a number of people before I got a answer not help!
