Homeloans - Loan Approved to Loan Declined!!!

On the 28 No, my Bond was approved without a condition attached application number 004619522 On the 09th Dec, I was informed that there is a condition attached - I sent through the documents requested and no feedback was provided by the bank.

I went to the STD Bank Randburg Branch on the 9th and 10th of Jan 2014 as I had moved out of my existing place and needed to resolve the paperwork with the bond so I could collect my keys from the estate agent. To my shock, the bank informed me that credit had declined the loan and couldn't give me an answer to why!!!

I am now in the position of living between places because of standard bank and could potentially lose the new place! STD Bank told me they cannot give me an answer as to why and will need to wait 5 days which I cannot do.

Please can the Bank contact me and resolve this issue! Or provide me with the options I need to so I can resolve this issue as I find this totally unacceptable!
