I would like to compliment Standard bank randburg branch for their commitment to high level of customer service.
I went there to do my banking and it was month end and I expected to spend a lot time there since it was month end. When I got there I met friendly staff who helped me get to the right queue. The service manager was there helping us and within 5 minutes I was out of the bank happy. I wish all banks in SA will have such skill and care. Keep it up randburg branch.
