App was amazing when it worked. it suddenly shut me out and i couldnt log on via my ipad or smart phone. this app hasnt worked since March, numerous calls to the department havent been helpful. claim is the back office is working on it. 5 months later am still waiting for the back office to wake up!! 5 months is a long time to wait for resolution!!!
