I cancelled my booking for the 01/01/2013 at the Road Lodge in East London. I didn't get the refund even though they cancelled my booking. I went to FNB, Stellenbosch branch in mid February for them to log a dispute on my behalf so that I can get my money. A lady, was very helpful. She sent a form to FNB requesting them to refund me. She kept me informed about the progess of my claim. Within three working days, my money was back in my account.
Again on the 09/08/2013, FNB made a deduction for the same booking which I cancelled. I called the Road Lodge again to enquire about the debit, again they informed me that they did not deduct from my account. They asked me to consult FNB. I went to FNB, Stellenbosch brach on the 12/08/2013 to ask them. A Consultant lady helped me, again I signed a form which she said she is going to send to FNB debit order's department. I signed everything and left hoping I will get communications from her. Seven days passed with no word from her. I went back to the bank on 19/08/2013 to get clarity. I was told to wait as this might take more than a month by a consultant. This is my third week now with no answer. Everytime I go to enquire, I am told to wait
