My father passed away on the 21 March 2013, I made enquiries on the 22 March 2013 as to the process of claiming the funeral policy that I took on behalf of my father. I was told what documentation to fax and I received an email specifying the documents I needed to fax back to them. I faxed all required documents on the 27 March 2013 and I did a follow up on the 28 March and I was told to refax the documentation with the details of the beneficiary of the policy which is my mother. My mother signed the new claim form and faxed it on the 28 March 2013 back to Hollard. I called Hollard on the 2 April 2013 and I was told that the details of the Pathologist who declared my father dead were not completed. I know for a fact that those details are appearing on the Notice of Death form. Now I am requested to refax that page and I need to go back to the Pathologist so that he can complete another form. I am spending money on long phonecalls and faxing information back and forth. This is the most stressful time in my life and Hollard has not made it easy. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will cancel the rest of the funeral policies I have with them. I am highly dissapointed
