I am so disgusted by the service I have received from hollard this company is beyond stupid I have a hollard funeral policy and in September 2012 i called to change my banking details and i was told that it's too late the debit order has already gone & was then informed that they will arrange a special debit of which they did, but they said they will change my banking details and they did but still in October no debit order went through and I only saw this in November and I decide ill make a manual payment and I send through the proof of payment and in December I get a letter saying my policy has lapsed fine I accept that besides I had already decided I want nothing to do with this company, Then in January I get a shock of my life 2 debit orders go though my account who the gives hollard the audacity to do as they please in my account you the ones you have sent me a letter to state that my policy has lapsed so why the are you taking money off my account am beyond words I want my money back I want nothing to do with hollard or else am taking this matter to the insurance Ombudsman i will not be treated like and still pay money for that
