Poor Service

Hi, why is it so difficult just to get the right persoon in Absa to help you. And why is it for Absa so diffuclt to do the right thing. You guys are hidding, because the branch is not able to handle problems, coz you guys took away there functions. It is now also nearly 2 weeks since I complain about the feed back on that I reported to Absa. Your Head Office phoned me, but nobody on the investigation phoned me, I wonder if there is ever somebody looking into it. And please if some one phone me about this, Afrikaans please.
