Terrible service, worse than fn

The service of absa stinks, you guys need to be ashamed..sis sis sis. I have my account with you guys for over 10 years but there is no loyalty and service. Absa blatantly to there clients, outright. You guys have not taken money from my account, you'll it. I want my problems resolved before eob wednesday this week, even your action line does not help..
