Absa is continuing to treat me with disrectect

To whom it may concern

I have sent several letters concerning the challenge I am having with Absa.absa always tell me about investigation.i am not getting feedback of the progress instead senior management is continuously accusing me for being rude.

This is concerning this:

Absa and Geoffrey Sutherns Attorneys are costing me R100000 [EC: 7357E716]
Who has been delaying the selling of the house for almost a year now.letters were sent to various Absa management but all of them talk abou investigation I just want to know if I can't get help that I need from Absa whom to contact?
