What is Wrong??? With ABSA

This morning I phoned, I Govender from Absa's Legal Department to get a sttlement amount for a loan I got with Absa. Just to betold he can't give me a settlement amount I must go too the a branch. At the branch I was told sorry Govender is the one thats suppose to give me the settlement amount, because the account is lock and only he can open it. I also asked for discount on the outstanding balance like I did at the other bank, just to betold you must pay the amount that is on the account. Absa you guys must get a wake up. Your people are unprofesional. And you have'nt got compasion for your clients, because you just do whatever you please and think you above the law. That is why there is so many complains against Absa and lawsuits.
