Wesbank want to reposses my ca

I bought a car with Wesbank in 2011 November and last year April i had accident and my car was written of but becuase of some damage in the car insurance was not to pay full amount to the bank, so i ask the insurer to give back the car and i will fix it and they did that . i advise the bank what happen in August last to come valuate the car becuase of what happen i sent them all the documents insurance sent but no one came to me and i logged a complainedto them but no action was taken it been a year now.i have been fixing the car little by little .what happen now i have in errears of 2 months and now there are i getting call saying the car ig going tobe repossesed. how can they refused to valuate then and now becuase it bank see i am in errears there is someone now to come and valuate.
