Good day,

I hope you can assist me. I've received a letter from Bayport to mske payment arrangements with them. However when I phoned them today to do so they informed me that I can't because my case went to court.

They can di nothing for me. How do they send a letter and state that you have to contact them and then they can't help you.

What should I do?
