My husband was retrenched and we were forwarded documents to complete for the insurance that should be paying out for his retrenchement from Standard Bank. The signed documentation was forwarded to Karuna on the 6th of August and after numerous emails all answer to this regard is, we should hear from the insurance department in a few day's time. Almost three weeks later... STILL NO RESPONSE... Pathetic!!!
