HOME INSURANCE DEDUCTED AFTER CANCELLATION

Dear Standard Bank
From August 2013, I have been battling with Standard Bank w.r.t. my home insurance. I CANCELLED my policy with you, because I signed a new policy with Santam. All the documentation was supplied to Standard Bank & I received an email from you stating that my policy with you have been cancelled.
HOWEVER, every single month, THE SAME AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
During this time, both myself & my broker, Travis Head, has send NUMEROUS EMAILS to Menesh Jekison. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE about my query and for 6 months already I am paying DOUBLE INSURANCE.
I am going to lodge a complaint with the banking ombudsman, as Menesh does not even bother to answer emails that were send to him in the past week.
Your service is absolutely pathetic. I have NEVER skipped one payment on my bond, and this is the type of treatment I get??? I will NEVER refer anyone to you ever again. I have had it with bad service and I will not hesitate to take this matter to the highest authority.
