I am really angry at the nature of the treatment I have received from SB Card Division. I am currently overseas, and have tried to use my card but to no avail. The lady who helped me was incompetent and ignorant to my plight. I asked her to help me sort it out and all the cow could say was you have to come into the bank. How? When I am overseas. I am really tired of this junk from SB, and on arrival to SA I will close this account that I have. This is just part of what has been happening since I moved to SB in September. I am now at the end of my wits and patience with this attitude and treatment.
