Declined claim

They broke into my salon and most of my equipment the police came took statements from my daughter and the tenants living on the property and they took finger prints now due to the fact that I claimed twice for cell phones and the fact that I changed my banking details a week prior to the brake in they refuse to payout ion this claim... When the consultants sell policies to clients they paint this rosy picture of what they can do fir your business if anything should happened but that is all... I need your help please... I'm running a business.
