Struggle to buy my boys a home

Morning, my name is Motshidisi Alina Lehoko. I am a single mother of three boys all at school and I am still leaving at my parents house. My problem is that I was under administration for ten years until last year March. After that I learnt that I still owed STD Bank master card R5701.00 and I paid it off in September 2012.Since from there I am struggling to buy a home for my boys. I took the matter up with STD Bank legal dept and they checked and sent me emails as proof of my settlement to that account. I even went to an extent of checking with ITC but found that I was still listed with Transunion who told me that STD Bank know the procedure of clearing my name as I have already served and suffered my term at the ITC. I tried applying for a plot in Vanderbilpark for R550000 and I was told to look for a cheaper one due to affordability in February this year. Now I have applied for one 100000 cheaper at R450000 and I got a call from one rude lady who told me that I dont bank with their bank that is STD Bank whilst they kept me at ITC my ref was 4504278.I tried with other banks but in vain due to my score which reflects back to the paid up master card. Please help as i need a home.
