Standard Bank
No notice given and black listed for more 12 years

We put an offer in on a house we would like to buy were not able to get it due to Standard bank having put me on ITC for outstanding c/card not once in the 12 years not once did i get a letter from standard bank or a phone call as to the out standing card which i did not know i owed. I sold my home and closed my bond and all relevant things with standard bank 12 years ago, to my surprise I have to pay up to get my name cleared.

Now I have to wait 7 to 14 days for standard bank to get my name cleared as they dont have this facility i will loose my home and the deposit i put down on the new home as I have to wait so long for a itc clearance

this is totally unfair and not accepted == please can some help all i need to have is my name now cleared
paid up the mount on 17 January and still have to wait.

No one will refund the deposit i laid down on the new purchase.
