Certificate of Balance and Interest required

As executor of my late Mom's account, I requested certificate of balance and interest on 29th July on the closed accounts as per balance transferred to the estate account. This has been requested by the attorneys to enable us to lodge the final documentation at the Master of the Court to wrap up this estate. Eventually after a lot of complaining and threatening to escalate the matter I received them made out to ABSA bank and after the 3rd request of showing them it is incorrect I receive the correct COB on investments and cheque account. I still need the COB on the "credit funds" that was trf to the chq account being R24k. I asked PLEASE could I have this by 16H00 yesterday as I have also made a commitment to the attorneys. Absolutely nothing is forthcoming other than an e-mail now being forward to the 4th person to issue this COB and a response stating "that person out of the office". Please could somebody take responsibility and give me this COB so I can finalize this estate and close ALL my accounts with Nedbank? (I have all the evidence of this via e-mail)
