Closing of accounts to pay into Estate account

Mrs GA Nienaber passed away last year and I was appointed as the executor of the estate. In Sep 2013 I went to Absa bank to close all Mrs GA Nienaber's accounts. But till date no money has been paid over into the estate late account. Due to this the estate can not be finalised. Last year I waited for more than 90 minutes for someone to assist me. When will the money be paid into the estate late account?
