Taking full responsibility to resolve a problem

Ros was the person i initially spoke with to get an insurance quote which i ended up buying. She gave me her direct contact email address in case of any problem. When the documentation didn't't arrive in time, Ros followed up until I was happy that I got the policy. After this I requested a letter confirming a requirement relating to my UK drivers license. Again this letter didn't't arrive and although I spoke with a different person regarding this letter, Ros was quickly on the case when i contacted her. It turned out to be an internal system problem but although I only received the letter 2 days later, Ros still made sure that it actually happened, following through right to the end.

I can highly commend Ros for her tenacity to resolve this matter and making sure that my requirement is ultimately met, despite all the problems, and not trying to make excuses. Budget insurance can be proud to have an employee like Ros.
