Dial Direct Insurance
No response to various mails

My vehicle was slightly damaged while entering a parking garage on 11th April 2013, the boom closed on my car. I have been trying to get the problem sorted with the buildings insurance. After many months they have agreed to settle my claim but require a letter from my insurance stating that i have not claimed from them. I requested a letter from Dial Direct on 14th August who sent me a letter stating that they have cancelled my claim. I never did submit a claim to them and the letter makes me out to be a criminal by claiming from two places. I replied back on the same day that i am not satisfied and only want a letter stating that i did not claim and do not intend to make a claim against DD for this damage. To this day and after sending numerous mails i have still not heard a single answer or received any letter from Dial Direct. According to auto replies, they have read my mails but nobody does anything about my request.
