Lack of reply and double charge

I have emailed them twice now, once on the 15th of August and again on the 21st August. The return email I received said I would get a response within 2 days and thus has yet to happen. So i went on to their website to their Contact Us section and that apparently does not work, thus leaving me to come complain here.

My actual issue is the fact that they are debiting me for a 2nd policy which I did not approve of.

At first I was under the assumption that it was just a little extra on my current payment for the extra cover, but when I realised it is a 2nd charge I then said "no thanks" this was recorded in the phone conversation.

Now they have debited me twice and the delay in their response so far means that I am most likely going to be charged a 3rd time for a service I did not approve of.

This is unacceptable. I understand mistakes are made, but the lack of response is making the situation worse.
