No response from Nashua - many attempts at contact

I believe I have been overcharged on my last statement from Nashua.
The amount charged is double my usual bill, and its a bit outrageous.
I changed packages recently as I upgraded - this was to a package that would be cheaper, NOT more expensive than the previous one.
The man I spoke to on the phone said there would be an R80 charge for the service of changing packages. When I received my account it charged me R850 more than I was informed of!
I called Nashua ten times. The amount of time I was on hold if I add it all up was more than a few hours. I spoke to inefficient people who didn't know what to do, and put me on hold indefinitely. One woman was literally on the brink of sleep, and answered my queries with 'mmhmmm'.
I emailed them, no response. I gave feedback on the service as useless as I received no response or contact. No response to that.
Over several days I have made many attempts at contact, to absolutely no avail.
There is no-one to explain to me the situation, and in the meantime I don't want to pay lest they find it indeed was a mistake and will not reimburse me the due funds.
The problem then is they may softlock me for late payment, due to their lack of efficiency.
