MTN not fixing their own mistakes on billings

I've signed up for an Anytime 350 contract effective from 1 July 2013. The charge was R499-00 per advertisement and also indicated by the sales person Esther Tualufo. On my July and August invoices I was charged R549-00. I contacted Esther on 19 August and she advised she has loaded me onto an incorrect package. (after also incorrectly putting me on a 250).

A credit of R357-55 was agreed on. The credit wasn't on the August statement. Esther advised that it should go through on the September statement. I asked Esther that her supervisor must contact me. That was on 26 August. I still haven't received any call. Apparently the supervisor's name is Tiny Tsele.

The billings department advised that a credit of R225-00 was done. Esther said the supervisor needs to approve the balance. Should I now wait for an incompetent nonexistent supervisor before MTN refund me for a mistake THEY have made?

Vodacom once made a mistake on my bill, sorted it out immediately and gave me 2GIG of free data for the inconvenience. I regret moving over to MTN.

You should be ashamed of the number of complaints listed on this website for MTN. I'll probably wait a month for a response on this as well...
