Without any prior warning, I started being billed R9.00 for postal delivery of statements on my Prestige cheque account a number of months ago. Early this month I updated my account to receive email statements. I have now received my first email statement BUT I see that I am STILL BEING BILLED for postal delivery.

Really Standard Bank, I have been a Prestige client for decades, you should treat client loyalty with some dignity.
