Account handed ove

I was threatened that account will be handed over whilst I have claimed for insurance. I spoke to the consultant who indicated that she will refer the matter to her superious and now I receive a threatning sms that if I do jot pay today I will be dealt with legally. My question how can I pay if I am unemployed? That is y I claimed 4 insurance.
