Double debit order wihout asking me if it's fine

A while back I had a bit of a financial situation and could pay one of my loans for one month. I asked them to reverse that, and they did, and we made an arrangement to pay of just a little bit extra per month, thanks for that. Now all of a sudden 2 payments have gone off of my account, I can't pay R7000, that will me for the rest of the month, I told you I will let you know when I can bring my account up to date again.

Reverse the one again please - otherwise I will be for the rest of the month.
