Stop contacting me to sell

I constantly receive sms's and phone calls from a company on behalf of Hollard Life that wants to sell me funeral cover. I see that Hollard says they subscribe to the SAIA CODE OF CONDUCT.

I believe that section "4.1.4 Conduct their business in an honest, fair and transparent manner;" is in conflict with how they market their business.

I would like to know where my details are being collected from and why I am being targeted.
