Good day. My mother in law mrs D M Walker ID Number: 3407090023080 died on 6th Janaury 2014. She had a funeral cover on her ackermans account underwritten by Hollard Insurance and was covered for R10000 but now they told us that she only had R5000 worth of cover and the best thing is that they will only pay out in two weeks time. What happened to there 48 houre pay out. We are very discust with Hollard and also with Ackermans that to us regarding the covered amount!!!
