Declined loan

I have been with nedbank since i stared working and i have an account, a loan and credit card with them, the problem is i asked for the loan to settle all the credit cards that i have and was declined because of the joined bond account that i have with my husband, i can afford to pay for the loan as the bond is coming out from my husband monthly, their system wanted to give me R63000 whitch this was gonna cover all my debts but was declined because of the bond that they have proove of not coming from my account, i'd like to say to them i'm very dissapointed by them now as i needed their help most.
