I phoned RCS 5 times and no assisted!!!

I purchased a camera for R7999 from Makro and Makro did not put my purchase on 36 months like I requested and I immediately phoned RCS to change the repayment period... I was assured by a RCS tele seller that my request was approved and to make sure I need to phone RCS within a week to confirm this change, a week later I phoned again and, again I was assured that it was done... a few days after that RCS called me and confirmed it for 3rd time... and Tuesday 20/08/2013 I was at Makro again for a purchase where it was declined and aain I called RCS and spoke to Hasiem Gasant who could not assist me and then again I spoke to Sherdene Jacobs (Team leader) who promised me she would sort out the issue and phone me within 2 days... 3 days later I phoned her and she told me she has not done anything but will assist immediately and phone me the next day to confirm... by this time I was furious like you would imagine. I phoned again and Chine told me Shardene is not available and eventually Shardene phoned me back with no good news as yet.
This is really, really bad service and I just had to tell the world.
