We have booked an international ticket on SAA. I phoned on Friday 21 June to change the date of the ticket. Martha said that changes have been made and that I should phone on Monday to get the price for making the changes. My colleague phoned on Monday and then they said no all changes were made and they require no additional info from us. When I phoned again however they said no we have to submit an authentication form and copy of card. We submitted the form. We phoned later and then heard that they had changed the route and not only the date of the flight. We never asked for this to be done. They were going to charge us for this additional change. I spoke to a supervisor Baldwin and he assured me that we would not pay for this additional charges and he checked that all was in order. I was instructed to phone back on Tuesday the 25th and then phone Baldwin afterward so that he could confirm that they had received all the necessary forms. While I was on the line he confirmed that all was in order and that we would be receiving the E-ticket shortly. We phoned again at 15:31 and was then told that the amount was incorrect. We are still nowhere after 3 days!!!
