I visited the avbob office on the 21st August 2013 and was really shocked at the service i really yesterday. i was being assisted by a lady at the reception area and while waiting an employee at Avbob was busy calling another colleague that she is? "Nondindwa"" and a 'Skheberesh". i was then told to fetch a bank statement and upon my return i found the lady who was assisting me busy with a personal call with her man and i had to strand there and listen to her busy talking to her man about se, clothes, jazz festival and what not. when i asked her to assist me, she did not even bother to drop the call.when i asked her about the evaluation forms since the evaluation box was next to her, she said she does not have the form but rather she gave me a blank page to write on.although i did comment about her service on the form, i am really not sure whether the form will reach the management since the evaluation stays at the reception are unlocked. i was really angry and disappointed as a client and im actually contemplating councelling my policies with Avbo
