Avbob
Service and Telephone lines are horrible

I've tried to call the Avbob call center this morning. I was gut off 3 times as somebody answers the call. At the forth attempt I got through, and the agent can't even help me to find a parlor in the area of a town that I mention. I have to provide him with cities around the town for him to help me, and then it is 20 questions. At the end of the day he was able to connect me to the cellphone of somebody in the one branch after there land line kept been busy.

The other town (that is on there website by the way) does not even exist on "his" list that he have in front of him. His explanation is that the website is MORE up to date, but the number for the branch on the website that is MORE up to date is not even in service.

To be honest, I felt like AVBOB was as dead this morning as the people that they bury. Such a shame.
