Cancellation Nightmare

I am so dissapointed with avbob the way you have to go though to cancel their stupit policies. I have one policy left with them and I think I should cancel it as well. I sent an email and and faxed a cancellation form to them on the 25th of september and again 28th after I called them to ask on the developments. They calim that they did not receive the after I sent the forms more that 5 times. This is just a delaying tactic so that they can debit my account on the 1st. It is disgusting really disgusting.
