LOAN REDUCTION

African bank, i have a loan with you and paying 2400 installment. I visited one of your branch in durban to ask if African Bank will allow me to do a restructuring to reduce my installment to half of the payments due to the financial challenges that are beyond my control, the consultant told me that it can not be done because i have only had my loan for 3 mnts only. Please advice me as I would still like to do it in spite of being made to feel stupid by your consultant. I am really struggling with the current installment.as you say we must always let you know if our fanancial situation changes and you will help so Please help me
