Removal of my Name from Reds

Hi My name is John Mahlangu, we (Absa and i) agreed at CCMA (Pretoria) under Commissioner Patrick Mbatsane that no one will be listed on REDS as i didn't steel anything but to my surprise when i applied for a job at Cozens, they (cozens) send me for an Interview at Nedbank last year (2012) it was found that i appear on REDS, i spoke to my Manager by then Mr Daniel Mareme about this issue he said my name should not appear there as per our Agreement and he (Daniel) also said should any company wanna Hire me i must refer them to him and i told him that he is not one of my References. I wrote to hello peter and even now i just went for and Interview again at NEDBANK (22/08/13) they said my name still appears on REDS.There reason i didn't follow it it was that after it was said that my name will be removed, i got a job at Standard bank and if your name appears on Red you cant work for any Financial Institution, so i assume that the matter has be Resolved and i can move on with my life. So to whom it may concern i called CCMA they said as the matter was for 2011 then i should write a letter to hello peter again. Can my name please be removed from REDS as i didn't commit any criminal offence. pl
