Brilliant service

I recently had my first burglary when I was away on vacation. Leading to my first claim from Auto & General. Dale Abrahams was the claims consultant who assisted me. His service was outstanding! Even though he informed me that he was still in training and under supervision I never had any doubt that he would do everything in power to get my claim sorted. He contacted me when he said he would, was friendly and courteous and made my claim hassle free and pleasant. I've never gone to all this trouble to compliment someone on service (mostly because great service is a dying trait), but felt I needed to say thanks and wish him many successes in his career to follow.
