There was a 3 car pile up on the William Nichol on Friday 23rd August 2013. Their client bumped into my car and now they refuse to pay the damage. They saying that I must claim from the woman that hit her which is wrong she should be paying my damages. I have confirmed this with 4 insurance companies. The poor woman was sent a claim for R13000 to damages to their clients car which I saw and there was maybe a few scratches on her back bumper and when she hit me (she was obviously to close to my car) her number plate fell off. There is not much damage to my car but they are now liable. I phoned Bheki this morning and he says I must summons them and go to court. He knows well no one has money for that except them of course. They are a bunch of. No wonder they pay people R400. They have enough money to waste on advertising where they should be taking blame and paying out the damages. I sent them all my documents that they required and then received an email stating they are not liable. Outsurance admit to your mistakes and pay up and Bheki thanks for nothing.
