I would like to report bad service experience at myway insurance company. My car was booked on the 29th July 2013 for repairs after an accident and was given a rental car for 20 day fair enough, however on the 16th of August was inform by the panel beater that my car will be ready during the day some hours after our conversation was informed that the is another problem of wheel bearing on my car which was only found when the car was sent for wheel alignment and they still waiting for insurance to give them a go ahead which was granted on the 19th and the rental car was to be returned on the 18th, which I did not since I need a car to go to work so I can earn money to pay the every month insurance premium. To date my car is still not back the so called manager I talked to say to me (the is nothing they can help me with). In this case I have to pay the extra charges for the rental because I am still using the car. I am very disappointed and shocked about the service from such a big insurance company where people put their trust on. I am tiered of talking one this people and now this has been affected by NUMSA strike. I can loose my job of this.
