Contacted RCS requesting a yearly transaction history from the 1 Nov 2011 to 31st October 2012. I was then advised the statement will be sent through in 24-48 hrs via email, unfortunately we are on the 3rd week ever since I made that call and haven't received the email as yet, I was asked couple of times to confirm my email address of which I did but it seems like they actually don't give a about their clients especially if you are about to settle the account. Can I please get feedback asap and with the settlement amount. Very disappointed especially on their service and also how they calculate their interest.
